PS-2 Plastic Spiral Forming Machine
PS-2 is a plastic spiral forming machine designed for medium to long run production.
It is compact in size for easy installation in binding shops and fast in speed for catering the requirements of professional spiral manufacturers.
- Can form PVC spirals from 1/4” to 1-1/2”
- Standard pitches are 4:1”, 3:1” or 6mm and 8mm. Custom pitch is also available
- Forming speed and loops per piece are controlled with HMI interface

CIC-1 Spiral Insertion Machine
CIC-1 is designed for medium to long run production of plastic spiral bound books. It inserts, cuts and crimps both ends of plastic spirals in a continuous workflow. Spirals are fed into the machine with a feeding table and a roadless actuator, allowing one operator to handle the binding easily. CIC-1 can also be linked with PS-2 spiral forming machine for in-line production.
